Gap4You is an innovative start-up business providing GAP insurance policies on new vehicle purchases. The cover pays the difference between the vehicle’s new and market value at loss.
Gap4You asked us to create a unique brand and website. Their competitor brands were dated and similar, and Gap4You saw an opportunity to stand out and target a wide audience of ages 18-80.
They wanted a website that represented their business – friendly and approachable with great value policies that are easy to understand. It also needed an engaging, easy-to-follow user journey, with imagery and copy that would appeal to site visitors.
Finally, it needed to clearly show all the packages and services that Gap4You has to offer in a creative way.
Working out the best user journey without analytical data was challenging. We used well-known insurance sites as research, looking at trending call to actions, positions and styles.
For the quoting and purchasing process, the client chose to work with insurance software provider Instanda. We worked closely with them to integrate their system seamlessly into the main website.
Gap4You’s website has a unique design that stands out amongst the competition. We have developed an eye-catching style of illustration throughout the site, including an animated car infographic on the homepage to demonstrate how the policy works. The quoting and purchasing process is quick and easy to use, with a simple customer journey to ensure maximum conversions.
