The Body Shop Foundation is a charitable organisation that provides support to animal, environmental protection and human rights. They needed a website that represented the charity, their values and supported the causes they stand for as a brand.
The marketing team commissioned us to design a new site that included ecommerce functionality for their merchandise and a more user friendly donation page. All money raised goes to the Foundation, and the new site needed to clearly demonstrate the different causes that The Body Shop Foundation supports.

Working closely with The Body Shop Foundation on the UI and UX design, we ensured that we really understood their detailed and extensive brief so that we could get to know the company, their values and exactly what they needed.
Extensive research and experience showed us exactly how to structure and visualise the donation and shop pages to gain maximum ROI whilst at the same time providing a valuable and informative user experience.
In less than two months after launch, online donations had increased by over 84%
