Less repetition.
More possibility.

Carefully scoped AI integrations and workflow automation, connecting useful tools with the systems and people your organisation already relies on.

The right starting point

Start with the task.
Build with control.

A useful automation removes a clear point of friction. We review the workflow, data and exceptions before deciding whether AI is the right part of the solution.

Our approach starts with discovery and a defined pilot. Scope, access, testing, human review and support responsibilities are agreed before implementation.

People behind your platform.

A clear challenge.
A practical way forward.

If repeated tasks or disconnected systems consume team time, a focused pilot can help assess the value of automation before committing to a wider programme.

  • A defined workflow and measurable objective
  • Clear access and data boundaries
  • Human review for important actions
  • Testing and support responsibilities
What we bring

Specialist thinking.
Practical delivery.

01

Workflow discovery

Map the current task, systems, data flows and the people responsible for it.

02

Integration feasibility

Assess available APIs, access, platform limits and whether the workflow needs AI or simpler automation.

03

Assistant & workflow design

Define inputs, outputs, permissions, exceptions and where people review or approve actions.

04

Pilot development & testing

Build an agreed proof of concept and test realistic tasks and failure cases before broader use.

05

Handover & support planning

Document ownership, monitoring, usage costs and maintenance requirements, with support scoped explicitly.

From need
to launch.

One connected team, one transparent process and no surprises hidden behind the technology.

01 / Define

Set the brief

We align audiences, content, requirements and measures of success.

02 / Design

Shape the journey

We prototype structure and interactions before applying the full creative system.

03 / Develop

Build it properly

We create a fast, accessible and maintainable experience across every device.

04 / Evolve

Keep improving

We launch carefully, measure behaviour and build on what we learn.

Your questions, answered

A little clarity.
Before we begin.

What kinds of workflows could you help with?

Potential projects include organising approved information, supporting content workflows and connecting website or business systems. Feasibility depends on the tools, data and access available.

Can you add an AI assistant to our website?

This can be explored through discovery. We assess the audience, source material, accuracy requirements, fallback experience and support needs before recommending a build.

Does every automation need AI?

No. A standard integration or rules-based workflow may be simpler and more dependable. We recommend the approach that suits the task.

Can sensitive information be used?

Data handling must be agreed before any integration. We review your policies, client restrictions and provider arrangements, and exclude information where the required approval or controls are unavailable.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

Review stages, validation, exceptions and fallback paths are designed into the agreed workflow. Important decisions remain with the appropriate people.

Are tool subscriptions and support included?

These are defined in the proposal. Provider subscriptions, usage charges, monitoring and ongoing support should be agreed alongside the implementation scope.

Can we start with a focused project?

Yes. We agree the priorities, deliverables and scope around your immediate challenge, with further activity considered only where it supports your goals.

How do we get started?

Share your objectives, current challenge and any important timings using the form below. We will discuss the requirements and recommend a clear scope and approach.
