Account Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our fast-growing Design Agency in South Bank, London. If you’re entrepreneurial, strive for more, and thrive from success, this unique role may be suitable for you.

The Account Manager will be the first permanent Client Services Team member in London, and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of key client accounts, building new and developing existing relationships by working with creatives and developers to deliver a range of digital, web and creative projects.

Skills Range

  • A minimum of 3 years’ agency Account Management experience
  • Proven ability to deliver website and digital marketing projects
  • A passion for working with international brands and organisations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver pitches, give presentations and lead client meetings
  • Able respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and nurture new client accounts

Desired (but not essential)

  • Previous experience of managing motion graphics and print design projects
  • Experience using WordPress and Magento CMS platforms
  • Good understanding of Google and it’s products

Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced a Web Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the colour and font choices, and so on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing new features and functionality
  • Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
  • Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and/or plugin.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years agency experience
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
  • Experience developing responsive design websites
  • Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

Junior Web Developer

We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to join our talented and busy digital team. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, however a working knowledge of the skills below would be an advantage.

Key duties include;
  • Developing designs into engaging and responsive websites
  • Working on a range of development projects for leading international brands
  • CMS integration, primarily WordPress
  • Launching and testing client websites
  • Server administration and configuration
  • Managing website backups and security
The ideal candidate will be/have;
  • Computer Science or related degree
  • A good understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of web design standards, responsive design, and UI/UX principles
  • Have some examples of previous development experience
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
