Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a busy and creative agency team. You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from large pharmaceutical organisations to local independent businesses and charities.

This is a varied role combining account management, project coordination, and commercial development within a fast-paced digital and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships across a mixed portfolio of high-profile and purpose-led organisations
- Lead website projects (WordPress and Shopify), from initial meetings through design, development, and delivery
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including Google and Meta advertising (campaign strategy and performance handled by specialist ad managers)
- Oversee creative campaigns, including branding, print, and wider marketing assets
- Drive business development through referrals and inbound leads
- Manage projects using Basecamp and Trello
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management within a creative or digital agency
- Proven experience managing a mix of well-known brands and performance-driven clients
- Strong understanding of website delivery processes, particularly WordPress and Shopify
- Confident managing digital campaigns at a strategic level (without direct ad buying responsibility)
- Experience in branding, design campaigns, and print production
- Strong business development skills, particularly through referrals and inbound enquiries
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
