What’s it like working at Tann Westlake? We work hard for our clients, but we also care about our team and like to make work as fun as possible.
We’re a hybrid agency, which means our team works in the office on some days and from home on others. We‘re also family-focused – many of us have young children and we understand the pressures that come with that, so we offer flexible working hours.
One week we might be eating (and photographing) cheesecake, the next wine tasting with our clients and colleagues. We’re often on days out to London or to industry events, client shoots or product sampling.
We like to give back, so we regularly work with charities (often pro bono) producing creative work and consultancy, which the whole team gets involved with.
And finally, we love seizing the moment. So, to make the most of the warm, longer days, we finish early in the summer.
We don’t think that offices should be boring. In fact, we believe that work should be fun – at least most of the time! So we find ways to make the hours you spend with us as enjoyable as we can.
We treat members of our team as if they were family, but also understand that you have a real family (and life) outside work. So we make it as easy as we can for you to balance your work with the rest of your life.
