Enhancing the brand to stand out in a competitive dessert market

Founded in 2022 with the support of the late Michelin star Chef, Gary Rhodes,OBE, Rhokett is a luxury desserts company with hand-finished products, available in leading supermarkets. The well-established dessert supplier was looking for an agency to evaluate its social media presence. Our goal was to enhance the brand’s reputation whilst showcasing its premium products, ultimately increasing following and converting these into loyal customers.

The biggest challenge was to stand out in a highly competitive industry. We needed to take Rhokett’s current social media presence without a defined strategy and amplify its following by 50% and engagement by 25%. From a creative perspective, we had the task of transforming Rhokett’s style from a previously non-consistent theme to a brand that everyone loved and recognised.

Building and boosting the brand across social media’s biggest platforms

Ensuring a consistent presence across Rhokett’s social media channels, our creative team led the crafting, managing and publishing on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Additional branded advertising campaigns were also launched on Facebook and Instagram, boosting awareness and engagement. We also incorporated influencer marketing into our strategy, reaching established and relevant audiences – all with the initiative to amplify Rhokett’s brand loyalty, awareness and reach.

Working together, we successfully strengthened Rhokett’s social media presence with a huge increase of 143% in followers, 20% growth in engagement rate and 114k in impressions.  We have also been invited to continue to partner on future projects including photography and packaging.
